GuideMia's orthodontic software systems are dental CAD for clear aligners and bracket bonding, engineered for clinical communication, clear-aligner design, and bracket-bonding guides — combining design and chairside versions to function as both a chairside digital tool and an enterprise solution. They accept CBCT, intra-oral scans, model scans and facial scans as inputs, then fuse modalities to create complete anatomical models including roots and bones, and enable communications, treatment planning, reports, and aligner / guide designs.

OrthoPlus vs OrthoClic — which one is right?

GuideMia ships two complementary orthodontic products on the same underlying engine. Pick by who's operating the software and how much design depth you need.

• OrthoPlus — the very first FDA 510(k)-cleared orthodontic software (K162850) integrating CBCT and optical scans. AI-driven tooth + CBCT segmentation, AI-driven treatment planning with all-automatic staging, aligners for both thermoforming and direct printing. Bracket bonding guides

A printed guide with a housing for every bracket sounds simple, and in practice it rarely works. There are too many bracket brands and designs, and a bracket's outer geometry has never needed to be precise or consistent, because until now it never mattered. A guide that assumes it is will not fit. GuideMia's indirect bonding relies on what is accurate instead: the bracket slot and the tooth.

• Adaptive direct bonding guides. Co-developed with customers, who design and make their own jigs from the guide designs in the software, milled or printed. The jig connects the guide to the bracket through the slot, whose size and accuracy are far more reliable than the bracket's outer shape. Jigs can also follow the geometry of a conventional bracket gauge, so brackets land at the positions planned for that gauge.
• Arch models for indirect bonding. Printed arch models with bracket markers and adjustable resin pads that compensate for each bracket's torque. They take the guesswork out of conventional IDB, from model bonding to thermoforming, and a model is far easier to handle than a printed guide.
• Works with any bracket brand, because neither approach depends on the bracket's outer geometry.
